We are a full-service firm, offering a range of services tailored to address the requirements of your project. We are well versed in mixing styles, sourcing unique products, and working with existing pieces to create distinctive and intriguing interiors. We utilize our trained eyes for color, composition, and scale to create a place that you LOVE.
We have managed a variety of projects - large to small, contemporary to transitional, and traditional. Our experience, education, and enthusiasm for interior design motivates us to create harmonious and beautiful spaces that you will enjoy for a lifetime.
Basic Design Consultation - $350.00 flat fee
Need a game plan to make your home look better so you enjoy your time there more? Need to repaint but need a professional eye to select the right color? Or, are you getting ready to sell and need advice on how to get your home ready to sell quickly and for the most money? A Basic Design Consultation may be just what you need. In this session of up to 2 hours, we will take about anything you want related to the look and function of your home. *If you need more than 2 hours we offer additional time at our current hourly rate. Travel time over 30 minutes will be an additional charge.
From the ground up
This one is our fave! We love being involved in a project from the time you buy the lot all the way through your move-in. We work as part of your project team from working with floorplans and layouts, through design schemes, CAD plans, selecting finishes, selecting furnishings, right down to hanging the last piece of art, AND MORE! We have an affiliation with a local registered Architect, Vanderwal Architects, whom you may wish to consider, or we will work with the project team of your choice.
A New Look
Just want to spruce up what you've got? We can give you a fresh look by working with what you have, and adding a few things here and there. Need to freshen up your paint? Don't be intimidated! We can create a new paint scheme for you. We can also prepare a Master Plan, which is a list of items that you can do in phases, to further rejuvenate your home.
Let's Remodel
Want to stay in your home? Remodeling may be a good option. With an updated master bath or kitchen you can fall in love with your home again. Repainting the walls and updating the lighting can make a wonderful difference. Adding a room for a growing family or a place for hobbies can give you the space you need. We design for you, then create plans for a builder to use.
Complete Makeover
This takes the saying "out with the old, in with the new" to the extreme. Give your home a complete transformation with this package that will leave you feeling as if you have purchased a new home. The design scheme addresses the following: fabrics, furniture, window treatments, paint, rugs, artwork, lighting, and accessories.
Design in the Workplace
We will execute all aspects of your interior project. From workplace design consulting, interior architecture, landlord and tenant space planning, and design, our design services will reflect your culture and professionalism.

When it comes time to purchase furnishings, lighting, rugs, accessories, and art for your project, Nancy LLC can save you money. Using our professional discount off retail prices, we pass that discount on to you. We then mark up the cost with a Purchasing Services Fee, which is a fixed percentage. The percentage is determined in advance based on the scope of your project. Bottom line... our clients ALWAYS save money using this method.

Preparing plans and specifications for your builder to use to price your project and build from can save you money and stress. No one likes extra costs and delays due to design changes during the construction process, and this can be avoided with proper documentation upfront.
